Behind the Laughter is the journey of a mental wellbeing teaching course. Come and see how this comedy course has helped these six individuals (many more have benefitted!) with their own individual issues as they bring you their own original comedy performance, to show how comedy has helped them in life by improving their confidence, their mental health and to feel part of a community again. Laugh For Life Comedy charity in conjunction with Care Merseyside charity will show you how mental wellbeing and stand-up comedy work in harmony using social prescribing at its best.
