My Family: The Memoir sees writer, comedian, and documentarian David Baddiel adapt his hit stand-up show into prose. It's a frank, very funny look at his middle-class Jewish upbringing in London, including his mother's decades long affair with a golfing memorabilia salesman and the poignancy of his father's dementia. The Guardian says the book 'engagingly overshares' - expect much more of that and Baddiel's familiar wit in this energetic conversation.
