MOVE HYPNO is a movement and hypnotherapy workshop that explores the mind-body connection through dance and hypnosis.
Led by dance artist Lewis Walker and hypnotherapist Michele Occelli, MOVE HYPNO brings together music, movement, and hypnosis, in an environment that supports expression, self-inquiry, sensitivity, and personal and collective growth.
Following their EAF25 Closing Performance, Bornsick, London-born queer movement artist Lewis Walker invites new and experienced movers alike into an intimate, welcoming space for playfulness and healing. The class is designed for those who wish to explore movement beyond club and nightlife settings, as well as those interested in discovering altered states of consciousness through the natural, innate resources of the mind and body.
Access
→ The workshop will take place at Dance Base, which can be accessed via lift.
→ It is advised for participants to wear comfortable clothing they can move in (whatever that might look like for you), and to bring water.
→ Dance Base offers changing facilities (including a gender-neutral changing room), lockers, and showers.
