Writer, photographer, and academic Glen Cousquer passionately advocates for the emotional and spiritual power of walking, especially off the beaten trail. In this gentle walking workshop, we'll explore one of Edinburgh's wild places and learn how we can meet nature in any given moment, whether that be the wind dancing across our faces, or the changing colours of leaves. Together, we'll practice ecological pilgrimage to slow down and be more present in our lives, and with nature.
