Looking for a fun way to record and review the books you have read? Keen to try your hand at bookbinding? This is the workshop is for you!
Join us in the bookshop for an evening with local Bookbinder Cass Barron to get creative with remnant papers and bind together your own nifty reader's companion, featuring RISO printed journal pages, with prompts to help you review the books you have read, and an eye-catching Japanese stab zig zag stitch. There will also be the opportunity to incorporate a nifty pocket and mini pamphlet stitch book that you can use to note down recommended reads.
A unique and usable 'book about books' that makes for a great personal project or gift for the book lover in your life!
Following the workshop you will receive access to Cass's online tutorial that you can so revisit to make more books and when inspiration strikes! All materials and refreshments included.
