What happens when love collides with the laws of eternity? In The Delusions, Festival favourite Jenni Fagan (author of Luckenbooth and The Panopticon) imagines an afterlife run by cosmic bureaucracy: newly dead souls are processed, delusions extracted, and humans may soon become a banned race. Today, Fagan chats about love and defiance, satire as survival, and enlisting her incomparable imagination to try and capture the terrible fragility of life on earth. Chaired by Zoe Venditozzi.
The livestream for this event will also be available on demand until Friday 28th August.
