This is a modern myth born from real headlines, a term for the bizarre, chaotic and utterly unbelievable stories that come out of Florida. An absurdist comedy set inside a support group for these infamous characters. Meet the woman who trained attack squirrels, the man who tried to rob a Chinese restaurant using only finger guns, and gloriously eccentric ensembles of headline-makers.
