Consolidated events, minor fixes and tweaks

As we get into the Festival, often what happens is that events that are selling out their runs will announce some extra shows to try and accommodate/take advantage of the demand. Often these extra shows happen at different venues to the main run of the show.

In the data for Festies, that can be a little awkward. As I've mentioned elsewhere most of the data on the site comes from the Edinburgh Festivals Listings API, which attaches venue information to each event, so these extras come in as separate events and are listed separately to the main/other runs. Same show but different place: different listing. Similarly, Film Festival events often have multiple screenings at different cinemas so had different listings for each screening.

I've now consolidated those multiple events. You can see all of the performances for an event, wherever they are, together and bookmarks, ratings, notes etc. are consolidated.

There have been some other layout tweaks, and fixes (the request a password reset feature was playing up but now works).
