Enjoy a little bit of the Mediterranean in Edinburgh this afternoon as iconic award-winning chef José Pizarro serves up a flavour-punch of a meal, inspired by his latest cookbook, The Spanish Pantry. Discover the staple ingredients he believes encapsulate Spanish cooking – tomatoes, lemons, saffron, and Manchego, to name just a few – and hear (and taste for yourself) why Pizarro believes you don’t need much to create mouthwatering, authentic Spanish cuisine at home.
Ticket includes: a welcome snack and drink, and a generous lunch with drinks on the table.
