Three funny Kelpies arrive at the reef for a playdate only to discover that the coral’s vibrant colours have mysteriously washed away. Whatever will they do… well, with the help of Kipper the Sea Dragon, all might not be lost. He sets off on a journey across the sea to restore the colour on the reef.
